Enfo sells its SAP Business One business operations to Profiz

Enfo Oyj sells its SAP Business One business operations to Profiz Business Solution Oyj. The sales agreement was signed on 22 December 2006 and the transfer of business takes place on 31 December 2006. In connection with the transaction two Enfo employees will transfer to the employment of Profiz as old employees.

As a result of the transaction Enfo's SAP Business One business operations and related distribution, project sales, customers' support and hosting services, service centre operations, imports of additional systems and their productizing with support services and distribution to the distribution channel will be transferred to Profiz.
