DocEngine 2.0 - even more flexible integration solution for SAP Business One

DocEngine is a flexible integration solution designed for SAP Business One. It makes integration projects both faster to implement and less costly.

DocEngine 2.0 is based on Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 and MS SQL Server 2000/2005. The new version includes numerous significant new features that help make the integration task even easier than before in SAP Business One -environment:
- The user interface has been completely redesigned for a better user experience.
- The basic configuration of the system is now completely done via a graphical user interface. This makes configuration faster and also prevents errors.
- The import and export functions can now be extended using functoids. Functoids can be written in either C# or Visual Basic. They enable using all the features of the underlying .NET Framework when building the interfaces.
- The import function has been completely rewritten. It is now both more flexible and easier to configure.
- Using the completely new ScriptRunner -feature, it is possible to automate a large number of maintenance operations in SAP Business One- environment. ScriptRunner includes a full-blown script editor as well as a complete C#/VB -compiler and execution environment.

Using DocEngine, Profiz has implemented a large number of various data interfaces for their customers, including:
- Finvoice electronic invoices import/export
- Itella e-letter -interface (EPL)
- An interface for transferring invoice information to AktivKapital
- Automated import of currency exchange rates from bank
- XML-based EDI interface

DocEngine is currently in Beta and will be released for distribution on September 1, 2006.
